My intention with every commission is to create a unique, personal, and meaningful piece of art. I do this initially by listening to a client so that I can create a special, one-of-a-kind work to reflect your vision. I also incorporate textiles that have personal meaning. An example of this is in “Ellie’s Garden.” Ellie was named after her late grandmother and I used her namesake’s pink silk wedding dress for the blossoms on the tree.
